I was so excited to work on Joseph and Laura's engagement portraits. Joseph grew up in the church that I attended as a teenager. His mom had a heart for the young people in the church and many times opened up her home and gave up her time for me when I needed most. Joseph was just a toddler at the time and what it joy he was to be around. He loved to sing with his mom at church and was just the cutest of all the kids in the children's choir. Fast forward til today and now he is engaged to this beautiful girl who also loves the Lord with all her heart. We chose to shoot this session at Lettuce Lake park which has the most perfect scenery for these two. I pray that God will bless their lives together as a couple and use them to touch the hearts of many just as they did mine many years ago!
