July 4th Freedom Day 2016 - Riverview FL Photography
The Freedom Day photoshoot with the Model Team was truly a team effort. Lots of behind the scenes planning went on to coordinate outfits, make up and to find just the right props. We wanted to showcase our pride for the American flag but it was very important to us to do so respectfully. Using scarves with the flag printed on them instead of using an actual flag worked perfectly for our session. The girls, our guest male model, and the rest of the team endured sweltering temperatures on the hottest day of the year here in FL. Thankfully we made it through and were able to capture these amazing images.
Tanner was our guest model and used his experience in acting to participate in our Freedom Day session. He did great especially being the only guy surrounded by so many women.
It looks like the ladies didn't mind at all sharing the spotlight with our guest model.
Each of us took a moment to think about what Freedom means to us as individuals. Many expressed how grateful they were to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
Illiana is especially grateful for her dad who served in the U.S. Army. She carries a backpack made from the uniform her dad wore as an active duty member.
Freedom isn't free and Tanner understands the he's able to enjoy this life because of the heroes who serve in our Armed Forces.

We spent over four hours and three locations to complete this shoot. One of the advantages we have as Americans is to enjoy the beautiful parks and beaches God created.
Allyanna's dad served in the U.S. Air Force. She is among many military children who have experienced their parent's time away from home.

Ariana is another military child whose father served in the U.S. Air Force. She remembers him being gone for months at a time. She feels that her generation should do their best to continue to protect the freedoms awarded by those who gave their lives.
Land of the free because of the brave!
